
Biography
Brittan Heller received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Stanford University and her J.D. from Yale Law School. She has worked at the International Criminal Court, the U.S. Department of State, and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. Brittan was a 2009-2010 Luce Scholar in Seoul, South Korea, where she assisted with North Korean refugees through the Korean Public Interest Lawyers Group. Most recently, Heller was in Kabul, Afghanistan, where she served as the Postdoctoral Fellow for the Afghanistan Legal Education Project of Stanford Law School. She will join the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in 2011.
