Biography
Mr. Crane has been drafting and negotiating agreements in the publishing and entertainment industries for more than 20 years. He is currently an Attorney-Advisor for the Smithsonian Institution’s Office of Contracting. He has previously been employed as In House Counsel for Dragone Entertainment, GMBH, Associate General Counsel for Premier Exhibitions, Inc. and Manager of Legal and Business Affairs for Madison Square Garden, L.P.
Mr. Crane received his B.A. from New York University and a J.D. from New York Law School. He has also taught legal drafting in the Advanced Lawyering Skills Program at NOVA Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in Davie, Florida.
