
Biography
Ms. Loria received her B.A. from Georgetown University and her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. Prior to law school, Ms. Loria worked as an AmeriCorps volunteer teacher for elementary and middle school students in Chicago's inner-city. During law school, she was an associate editor of the Maryland Law Review, a two-time MPILP grant recipient for her work with children in foster care in the Los Angeles Dependency Court, and a recipient of the Public Service Award for her work as a CASA volunteer for foster children in Baltimore City. Ms. Loria is currently working as a staff attorney for Children's Legal Services of Baltimore, LLC, representing children in the Baltimore City foster care system. She has argued CINA and TPR-related appeals before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, and she currently handles litigation before the Baltimore City Circuit Court Juvenile Division.
