Biography

Kevin Sullivan has worked as a litigator at Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP since graduating from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2003, where he won the prestigious Myerowitz award. His practice focuses on complex construction disputes and fair housing compliance. He represents owners, developers, investors, and contractors in arbitration proceedings and in federal and state courts. Kevin also handles general commercial and business disputes for Gallagher’s real estate development and nonprofit clients.
