Biography
Bill Sinclair is a senior associate at Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. His practice focuses on a wide-range of environmental litigation as well as counseling with regard to land use, environmental review, and public lands matters focusing on NEPA, federal and state laws governing offshore resources, and related natural resource statutes. Mr. Sinclair graduated from the University of California at San Diego, Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Environmental Law Journal and a member of Omicron Delta Kappa. After law school, Mr. Sinclair clerked for the Honorable C. Christopher Hagy in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
