Biography
Mr. Mandell is a Senior Law & Policy Analyst at the University of Maryland Center for Health and Homeland Security and currently works with the City of Annapolis Office of Emergency Management. He received a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis in 2000. He was a recipient of the Inaugural University of Maryland School of Law Litigation and Advocacy Award and a member of the Moot Court Board. Mr. Mandell has competed, organized, coached, and judged in approximately two dozen advocacy competitions. Since 2008, Mr. Mandell has taught Environmental Advocacy at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Several Environmental Advocacy teams have won awards in national and international competitions. Mr. Mandell has twice been named the Charles Taylor Outstanding Environmental Adjunct. Mr. Mandell is a member of the Maryland Bar.
