Biography
Mr. Davis has been an Assistant Attorney General since 1985 and is currently Senior Counsel for Medicaid in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. He has also represented the State Board of Elections, Morgan State University and other state colleges and universities, state agencies in contract disputes and the Department of Human Resources. He has argued dozens of cases in the Maryland and federal appellate courts, where he has had an active motions and trial practice. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and Law School.
