Biography
Ms. Deschenaux received a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center. Following law school, she was employed as an attorney for the Civil Rights Division of the Solicitor’s Office of the United States Department of Labor, litigating race, sex, and disability discrimination cases. In more recent years, she has pursued a career in legal publishing, working for West and LEXIS, as well as several smaller companies. She currently is employed as a full-time legal journalist, writing and editing on-line and magazine articles about all aspects of employment law.
