Biography
Prof. Palewicz has taught Labor Law at the University of Maryland School of Law since 2004. He has taught Labor Law, as well as Employment Law and Administrative Law, at the University of Baltimore School of Law, and at the Merrick School of Business, over the past 20 years. He has also taught Collective Bargaining at the University of Baltimore. He serves as the Regional Attorney of the National Labor Relations Board’s Baltimore office, a position he has held since 1987. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association’s Section on Labor and Employment Law, and has served as its Chair. He edits the Section’s Labor and Employment Law Quarterly Newsletter. Professor Palewicz is also a contributing editor to BNA's publication, The Developing Labor Law. He has served as a member of the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission’s Peer Review Panel since 2004.
