Biography | Selected Publications

Professor Tomlinson joined the faculty in 1965. His primary research interests are in the areas of comparative law, contracts and criminal procedure. He has served as a consultant to the Administrative Conference of the United States and as faculty reporter to the Governor's Commission on the Death Penalty. During the fall semester 1998, he was on leave at the University of Lyons (France) to teach comparative law.
