Mr. Dunklow is an Assistant Attorney General for the Maryland State Department of Education, where he provides advice and counsel to the Division of Special Education/Early Intervention Services and the Division of Student, Family, and School Support. He handles a variety of administrative matters, including child care licensing hearings, as well as litigation in State and federal courts. Previously, Mr. Dunklow was a high school government teacher in Baltimore City Public Schools.
Mr. Dunklow is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, Order of Barristers, and Moot Court Board. After graduation, he clerked for Family Magistrate Hope Tipton in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Mr. Dunklow received his Master of Arts in Teaching from the Johns Hopkins University and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Grand Valley State University.
