Stacy LeBow Siegel has been practicing law since 1986. She received her J.D. / M.B.A. joint post graduate degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Her undergraduate degree (B.S. in Marketing) is from the University of Maryland at College Park. She has been an adjunct faculty at the University of Maryland School of Law since 1994 where she currently teaches Family/Domestic Law. She also taught Trial Planning and Advocacy and Family Law for many years.
She is in private practice in Baltimore, Maryland concentrating in Family Law. She is a frequent MICPEL lecturer and participated in the authorship/editing of the Maryland Lawyer’s Practice Manual. Additionally, she has lectured both nationally and internationally. She is also one of the authors of the Family Law Textbook currently being used at the University of Maryland School of Law and University of Baltimore School of Law. She was a co-author: Maryland Bar Journal – “Third Party Custody—What Can Be Presumed?” (May/June 2006)
She is a past chair of the Maryland State Bar, Family and Juvenile Law Section Council. She is a past chair of the Baltimore County Family Law Committee, Baltimore County Fee Arbitration Committee and the Baltimore County Solo and Small Firm Committee. She is a member of various associations and committees including the Women’s Bar Association, the Baltimore County Family Law Committee and the Baltimore City Bar Association. She is also the Maryland Liaison for Floridom, Inc. (Maryland Mediator; Family Law Software)
She has testified as an expert in various domestic relations matters in both Baltimore County and Baltimore City Circuit Court.
