Professor Everhart is a graduate of Washington College and a cum laude graduate of Pace University School of Law with an environmental law certificate. She began practicing law in Maryland in 2005 and her areas of expertise include land use law, labor law and environmental policy. She is also a trained mediator. Professor Everhart is a member of the Talbot County Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and previously served on the Environmental Law Section Council of the Maryland State Bar. Professor Everhart is based in Talbot County.
