David S. Yellin is a law clerk to the Honorable Paul W. Grimm, United States District Judge for the District of Maryland.
Prior to clerking, Yellin worked as a litigation associate in the New York office of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, focusing primarily on real estate, estate, and corporate litigation matters as well as public interest and pro bono representation.
Yellin is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, where he participated in the D.C. Law Students in Court clinic and served as an Executive Notes Editor on The Georgetown Law Journal. Yellin also received a Master of Science, with Merit, in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Colgate University.
