Judge Weisberger is an Adjunct Professor of Law, Howard University School of Law (Spring 2014 and Fall 2014). He served as a judge for the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission from 1986 until he retired in 2013. Judge Weisberger was a hearing office chief administrative law judge and U.S. administrative law judge for the Social Security Administration, a trial attorney for New York State Department of Law and the U.S. Department of Justice, and the director of Neighborhood Legal Services in Springfield, Massachusetts. Judge Weisberger obtained his bachelor’s degree from Columbia College, and his LL.B. from New York University. He has taught continuing judicial education for twelve years on the subjects of evaluation of evidence, decision making, expert testimony, trial skills, pre-hearing efficiency, decision writing, stress management, judicial ethics and role of administrative law judges. Judge Weisberger is an alumnus of The National Judicial College, and was on the faculty from 1998 to 2006.
