Andrew Lund is a Professor of Law and the Associate Dean for Research and Faculty Development at Pace Law School where he teaches a variety of courses related to business law. Professor Lund's research focuses on executive compensation and boards of directors at public companies. His recent work has appeared in the Notre Dame Law Review, the Harvard Business Law Review, the Florida Law Review and the Florida State University Law Review.
Professor Lund joined Pace faculty from Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he practiced in the areas of executive compensation and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, he had clerked for the Honorable Rhesa H. Barksdale on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
