A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BS in Marketing and Management (1982) and Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore (1985), Mr. Flynn is an attorney admitted to practice in Maryland and DC. Beginning his career, he worked in fields of law including criminal, civil litigation, real estate, estates and trusts, business organizations, collections, personal injury, medical malpractice, appellate litigation and many others.
Currently general counsel for Signature Title, Inc., Mr. Flynn utilizes his Marketing and Legal experience in the strategic development of one of the fastest growing title and settlement companies in Maryland. He also is a partner in the law firm of Flynn & Sabracos, LLC which provides legal assistance to clients in many areas of law, most recently helping clients in distressed financial situations navigate the dynamic world of real estate short sales.
A certified instructor of Continuing Education classes to real estate licensees and frequent guest lecturer to the title industry, Mr. Flynn teaches a number of topics including Ethics, Contracts, Legal Update, Foreclosures, Short Sales, Fair Housing, Negotiation, Analysis of Real Estate Investments and Real Property Disclosures. He is vice-chairman of the Board for Neighborhood Housing Services, serves on the Real Property Council for the Maryland State Bar Association and assists with the Legislative Liaison committee of the Maryland Land Title Association.
