Biography | Selected Publications

Professor Breitowitz served as the first law clerk for the Honorable Susan Getzendanner of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and then practiced law in Chicago for three years. He has taught at the Chicago-Kent College of Law and at the University of Illinois and has published articles in the fields of creditors’ rights and secured transactions.
