Reuters Online and numerous others - In what officials admit is a major security breach, a document describing design features intended to make a new Defense Department building bomb-resistant has been posted on a public website maintained by the Army Corps of Engineers, Reuters found. The document is a "recipe for an attack. It should not be on the Internet," said Michael Greenberger, JD, a professor at the School of Law, former U.S. Department of Justice official, and founder and director of the Center for Health and Homeland Security.
