The Daily Record - The Baltimore Commission on Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP) endorsed a new design for the $150 million Superblock development that maintains two exterior walls of the former Read's Drugs, site of a historic civil rights demonstration. CHAP member Larry Gibson, LLB, a professor at the School of Law, had opposed demolition of the Read's site but reconsidered and made a motion to move the project forward. More »
