Professor Peter HollandThe Daily Record - Reports of a fund that would compensate victims of improperly executed foreclosures prompted Peter Holland, JD, MA, a visiting assistant professor at the School of Law, to say its creation might forestall further investigation of the lenders' activities. A prematurely created fund would be akin to "another bailout, another too-big-to-fail," Holland said.
