Adjunct Professor Peter Holland The Daily Record - Annapolis consumer-rights lawyer Peter Holland, JD, MA, adjunct professor at the School of Law who has gone up against Mann Bracken repeatedly and is one of the class lawyers in the suit against Midland, praised the recent developments concerning the law firm. He has been critical of debt buyers and collections law firms for buying expired debt and then trying to collect on it.

Jacob A. France Professor Emeritus of Torts Oscar Gray The Daily Record - Oscar Gray, JD, discovered tort law more than 60 years ago while a first-year student at Yale Law School. "This is the real, living drama of legal practice," said Gray, an emeritus professor at the School of Law. Gray's contributions to legal education were acknowledged last week during the American Association of Law Schools' annual meeting in New Orleans, where he received a lifetime achievement award from the Torts and Compensation Systems Section.
