Professor Emeritus Abraham Dash The Daily Record - An "extremely remorseful" Circuit Court Judge Robert Nalley would accept a public reprimand for having deflated the tire of a cleaning woman who parked in a restricted area of the Charles County Courthouse, his attorney stated in papers filed with the Maryland Commission on Judicial Disabilities. University of Maryland School of Law Professor Abraham Dash, JD, who teaches legal ethics, said he hopes and predicts the commission will issue at most a reprimand.

Dean & Professor Phoebe A. Haddon, Assistant Dean Teresa LaMaster, & Professor Deborah Weimer The Gazette, The Baltimore Sun - Listed among Maryland's "Rising Stars" of the past year is Phoebe A. Haddon, JD, LLM, the new dean at the School of Law. Haddon was pictured in The Sun among those attending an awards reception for Maryland Legal Services. Also pictured was Teresa LaMaster, JD, assistant dean. Among the honorees was Deborah Jean Weimer, JD, LLM, a professor at the School.

Assistant Professor Renée Hutchins The Baltimore Sun - An investigation by the Innocence Project at the School of Law concluded that Mr. Grant, a 41-year-old prisoner serving a life sentence in Hagerstown, did not commit the murder for which he was convicted when he was 15. Assistant Professor Renee Hutchins, JD, is quoted.
