Professor Michael Greenberger The (Annapolis) Capital - An Annapolis-based company, which is clinically testing a second-generation anthrax vaccine, was awarded an extension on a government contract to further its development--with the hope that its product could eventually prevent more unnecessary civilian deaths as the result of another anthrax attack. Michael Greenberger, JD, a professor at the School of Law and the founder and director of the Center for Health and Homeland Security, is quoted.
