Professor Michael Greenberger

"The Dylan Ratigan Show," MSNBC (4 p.m.), "CBS Evening News," CBS (national, 6:30 p.m.), USA Today - Sen. Christopher Dodd, chair of the Senate Banking Committee, announced his second attempt to plug loopholes in financial regulation and find ways to prevent a repeat of the crisis that overtook Wall Street in late 2008, but experts say the bill doesn't do enough to rein in the opaque derivatives market.
