Professor Michael Greenberger "The Takeaway," Public Radio International, The New York Times online & Seeking Alpha - The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed a civil suit against Wall Street megabank Goldman Sachs, alleging Goldman marketed and sold investments it knew would fail. Michael Greenberger, JD, a professor at the School of Law and a former director at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, wrote commentary about the suit for The New York Times online and is quoted in other coverage of the story.
