Professor Douglas Colbert

The Daily Record, BaltimoreSun.com, The Blog of the Legal Times, sfexaminer.com - A Baltimore City judge has ruled that indigent plaintiffs have a right to counsel at initial bail hearings. School of Law professor Douglas Colbert, JD, his students, and lawyers at Venable LLP working pro bono filed a class-action lawsuit in November 2006 challenging procedures at the Baltimore Central Booking and Intake Facility.
