Professor Abraham DashThe Daily Record - Abraham Dash, JD, professor emeritus at the School of Law, says it would be merely a "technical violation" of the rules for a senior attorney to have an associate sign the supervisor's name to an affidavit attesting to the veracity of the information in the document. A "serious" violation would occur if the senior attorney had not read the document, and a "real serious" offense would be if the unreviewed papers contain inaccurate information, Dash says.
