Professor Jane BarrettThe Baltimore Examiner - The Maryland Department of the Environment still has not issued a final permit to the Wheelabrator incinerator in Baltimore, making it difficult to monitor the plant's pollution emissions. But Larry Gibson, LLB, professor at the School of Law, discovered 10 instances where Marshall handled divorce cases, as well as several fender-benders, after he was admitted to the Maryland bar in 1933.
