Professor Dan FriedmanThe Daily Record – The state does not have to pay health benefits, for now, to immigrant children whose coverage was eliminated from this year's budget, the Court of Special Appeals has ruled. "The question I have and don't know the answer to is why [the denial of benefits] is constitutional under the federal constitution," said Dan Friedman, JD, an adjunct professor at the School of Law.

Professor David BogenWBFF-TV – A Maryland delegate, Don Dwyer from Anne Arundel County, says he will pursue impeachment of Judge M. Brooke Murdock who recently ruled the state's ban of same-sex marriages is unconstitutional. David Bogen, JD, a professor in the School of Law, was interviewed about the impeachment process. Such a move has not been tried since 1784.
