Professor Michael GreenbergerWBAL-TV Ch. 11 – Michael Greenberger, JD, director of the University of Maryland Center for Health and Homeland Security and a professor at the School of Law, commented on yesterday's news that a Baltimore man is charged with conspiracy to provide information to terrorists. Greenberger said although the arrest is a very serious matter, it doesn't look like Baltimore is a "first-line" terror threat.
