Please join the University of Maryland Carey School of Law's Environmental Law Program and the Center for Progressive Reform on December 11th for the 2014 Ward Kershaw conference featuring a Luncheon and Discussion with Attorney General-elect Brian Frosh.
In one of his first public addresses after the election, Frosh will discuss the critical role of enforcement in environmental protection, with a particular emphasis on the restoring the Chesapeake Bay.
The luncheon will be an opportunity to hear firsthand Frosh's vision for how the enforcement of laws and regulations can bring about a healthier environment. A brief Q&A session will follow Frosh's remarks.

The Ward Kershaw Environmental Symposium Fund was established in May 1990 through the generosity of the principals of Ward Kershaw, P.A. The purpose of the fund is to provide support for an annual symposium on environmental law under the sponsorship of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
