Claire Hill

Professor Claire Hill teaches at the University of Minnesota Law School, and heads its Institute for Law and Rationality. She previously taught at Chicago-Kent College of Law, George Mason School of Law and Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a Sloan Visiting Professor. Her research and writing has been in the areas of structured finance, rating agencies, secured debt, contract theory, law and language, and behavioral economics.
