Neil Koslowe

Mr. Koslowe is Of Counsel at Shearman & Sterling LLP in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Shearman & Sterling's litigation practice in 2001, Mr. Koslowe worked in the Justice Department's Civil Division.

Mr. Koslowe was one of two lead counsel in the companion case to Rasul, entitled Al Odah, which involved the detention of 12 Kuwaitis.
