Filip Czernicki is the President of the Polish Legal Clinics Foundation and was the co-
founder of the Warsaw University Legal Clinic – the second oldest legal clinic in Poland. Since January 2009, Mr. Czernicki has been the Convenor of the Steering Committee of the Global Alliance for Justice Education. He has been active in establishing legal clinics in Poland and Eastern Europe and promoting professional lawyers pro bono activity. Mr. Czernicki was the former President of the Pro-European Youth Organizations Forum and headed up the Supervision Council of the Polish National NGO’s Forum. He also co-founded the Polish NGO’s Coalition for the International Criminal Court. Mr. Czernicki is the author of several articles and publications on legal clinics and access to justice.
Mr. Czernicki graduated from the Warsaw University Law School.
