Fun fact 1: I have traveled the world and love Scandinavian countries the most!
Last book read: Llama Llama Nighty-Night to my smiley and increasingly wide-awake 9 month old.
Fun fact 2: I am a foodie and love to explore new eats, but tragically make all my dinners taste like paper (ask my poor husband)! It is truly a skill to make meals taste this awful! However, if you ever need company and want to try some new restaurants in town, do not hesitate to call me!
Favorite Baltimore restaurant: Azumi. I love sushi and this is the best sushi in town. Though it does not compare to Tsukiji market sushi (and nothing ever will), it is a pretty good stand in.
Favorite Baltimore pastimes: I love exploring the art exhibits at the Baltimore Museum of Art, spending lazy days picnicking at Sherwood Gardens with my family, exploring nurseries to grow my succulent and cacti collection, and dining at new restaurants popping up in Harbor East.
Why did you decide to join the Maryland Carey Law Development team? My favorite part of development and philanthropy is genuinely connecting with individuals who share a passion for supporting causes and organizations that define who they are or who they aspire to be. The team at Maryland Carey Law provided me an opportunity to do just that with the amazing alumni and friends who are passionately committed to the quality and excellence of legal education and scholarship. I am inspired and in awe of the generosity of others, utterly impressed with those who choose to transform and empower the future. I am honored to be among this community and look forward to connecting and helping our alumni and friends advocate for the law school’s ambitious Catalyst Campaign.
