Jonathan M. Kucskar ‘08

Staff Attorney, U.S. Government Accountability Office

Jonathan Kucskar is a staff attorney in the Office of the General Counsel at the United States Government Accountability Office. He specializes in energy and environmental issues on behalf of GAO’s Natural Resources and Environment team.

Prior to joining GAO, Jon clerked for the Honorable Jillyn K. Schulze of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Jon graduated magna cum laude from the Law School, where he served as president of the Student Bar Association, an associate editor and published author of the Journal of Health Care Law & Policy, and a member of the Moot Court Board and the school's national runner-up softball team. Jon is originally from the Buffalo, New York area and graduated cum laude from Boston College in 2003. He currently co-chairs the Alumni Board's Recent Graduate Committee and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at Old Otterbein United Methodist Church in downtown Baltimore.
