A recent graduate of the law school's highly regarded evening program, Justin Browne is currently an associate at the Baltimore law firm of Janet, Jenner, and Suggs where he litigates complex product liability cases and mass tort litigation in state and federal courts nationwide. Justin recently managed a solo practice focusing on general litigation and commercial, corporate, and employment law. With years of prior business experience, including educating and consulting corporate clients in the life science industry, Justin brings a broad perspective to the legal problems he resolves on his clients' behalf. His clients also benefit from his diverse legal experience, which includes interning with the Honorable Richard D. Bennett of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, working at FDA, providing litigation and transactional services at two Baltimore law firms, and working on U.S. Supreme Court appeals at a non-profit organization.
In addition to serving as a Board member, Justin has contributed to the legal community in other ways, including by publishing law review articles with professors at the law school and independently, founding MSBA's Military Law and Veterans' Affairs Committee, and working with other students to start the law school's annual Evening Program Reception. He also volunteers in his community and was recognized as MSBA's 2009 Spotlight on Lawyers Award Recipient and as an Outstanding Volunteer by the Homeless Persons Representation Project. Beyond professional endeavors, Justin enjoys spending time with his son Drew Kingston, wife Ramona, and their two cats.
