Estate Planning Seminar (3)

This seminar is devoted to problems and techniques of estate planning and includes a consideration of property, wills, trusts, future interests, insurance, and tax law in relation to the arrangement and disposition of estates during life and death. This seminar will not satisfy the Advanced Writing Requirement. P: Estates and Trusts; R: Estate and Gift Taxation.
