Civil Procedure: Jurisdiction and Judgment (2)
Some students are assigned to take a two semester Civil Procedure sequence: Civil Procedure: Jurisdiction & Judgment (taken in the fall semester of the first year; spring for evening) and Civil Procedure: Litigation Process (taken in the spring semester of the first year; for evening, fall of second year). The combination of these two courses will cover the material described in Civil Procedure. See Civil Procedure for a complete description of material to be covered.
