Civil Procedure: Litigation Process (3)
Beginning with the class entering in the fall semester 2004, students in the evening division will take a two semester Civil Procedure sequence: Civil Procedure: Litigation Process (taken in the spring semester of the first year) and Civil Procedure: Jurisdiction & Judgment (taken in the fall semester of the second year). The combination of these two courses will cover the material described in Civil Procedure. See Civil Procedure for a complete description of material to be covered.
