Introduction to Civil Procedure (2)

Taught in conjunction with the first semester course Legal Analysis, Writing and Research I, Introduction to Civil Procedure is the fall semester of a two semester sequence of courses which includes Civil Procedure II in the spring semester. These two courses will cover the material described in Civil Procedure. See Civil Procedure for a complete description of material to be covered.
