This course examines the concepts, history, cases, statutes and regulatory framework for regulating the production, distribution in commerce, and use of commercial chemicals under TSCA, FIFRA, RCRA and EPCRA. This course will highlight the substantive and administrative law practice governing the application of these laws to potential clients in the public and private sectors, including an emphasis on "green chemistry" programs. Credit/no credit option is available. The paper written for this seminar may be used to satisfy the Advanced Writing Requirement.
