This is an advanced course in real estate transactions stressing development of negotiating and drafting skills. The course includes projects concerning the drafting and negotiation of sales, financing and leasing agreements, and other documents commonly used in real estate transactions. The class is divided into small groups to simulate negotiating and drafting situations. Written work done in this course will not satisfy the Advanced Writing Requirement for graduation.
