This course deals with the regulation of competition, monopoly and restraints of trade by federal antitrust statutes. Primarily, it is a study of the Supreme Court cases interpreting these statutes toward the goal of preserving and fostering the competitive economic system. This course may be offered as either a seminar or as a course, or both, at the discretion of the Associate Dean and instructor.
