Habeas Corpus Seminar (3)
This course will explore the rule of the "Great Writ" of habeas corpus across all categories of government detention, with a focus on military detention and “post-conviction” review. The course will cover constitutional, statutory, and doctrinal features of modern habeas corpus law.
