| The JHCLP is no longer accepting manuscripts for Volume 11. Volume 12 manuscripts will be accepted after June 1, 2008. The JHCLP uses law review style footnotes that should conform to the Eighteenth Edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, published by the Harvard Law Review Association. Each individual sentence, which discusses an idea or findings not original to the author, requires a footnote containing the source for that idea or finding.
