Submissions


The Journal of Health Care Law & Policy is no longer accepting manuscripts for Volume 15. We appreciate all of the submissions we received this year. The JHCLP is currently receiving submissions for Volume 16 which will be published during the 2012-2013 school year.

The JHCLP uses law review style footnotes that should conform to the Nineteenth Edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, published by the Harvard Law Review Association. Each individual sentence, which discusses an idea or findings not original to the author, requires a footnote containing the source for that idea or finding. Please keep this requirement in mind prior to your submission.

The JHCLP prefers that manuscripts be submitted electronically (Microsoft Word) to our Manuscripts Editor or via ExpressO.

Only if necessary, you may submit a hard copy of your manuscript to:
