The JHCLP uses law review style footnotes that should conform to the Eighteenth Edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, published by the Harvard Law Review Association. Each individual sentence, which discusses an idea or findings not original to the author, requires a footnote containing the source for that idea or finding. Please keep this requirement in mind prior to your submission.
