The Journal of Business & Technology Law is currently accepting manuscripts for Volume 10, Issue 1 (Fall 2014).
We seek manuscripts that are well-written and contain original analysis that contribute to legal scholarship as well as the general practice of business and technology law. The Journal will give preference to manuscripts that incorporate the intersection of business and technology law, but will also accept innovative works that highlight trending areas in either business law or technology law.
For Volume 10, Issue 1 (Fall 2014), the Journal will be publishing manuscripts that build upon the Journal's Symposium, "The State of Concussions: Protecting the Health and Safety of Athletes," which will be held on March 7, 2014.
The Journal is published two times per year by the students of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
We strongly encourage authors to submit their work electronically. Electronic submissions are accepted via email at , and ExpressO.
Alternatively, you may submit a hard copy of your manuscript to the Journal. Please do not submit your manuscript by mail if you have already submitted it electronically. Note: the Journal does not return submitted manuscripts to authors and is not responsible for lost manuscripts. Please address all paper submissions to:
