The Journal of Business & Technology Law is currently accepting manuscripts for Volume 8, Issue 2 (Spring 2012).
We seek manuscripts that are well-written and contain original analysis that contribute to legal scholarship as well as the general practice of business and technology law. The goal of the spring 2012 issue is to build upon the Journal's fall symposium "Business Arbitration: Redefining the Landscape of Efficient Business Practices," and to explore emerging legal issues in business arbitration.
The Journal is published two times per year by the students of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
We strongly encourage authors to submit their work electronically. Electronic submissions are accepted via email at , and ExpressO.

The Journal carefully considers all manuscript submissions. Although we accept articles year-round, we encourage authors to submit manuscripts through July for the fall issue, and through January for the spring issue.
