The Honorable Elijah Cummings will give opening remarks at a panel discussion on the public policy and social conditions that contributed to the Katrina aftermath, November 15, 2005 at 5:00pm.
Panelists will include:

Jeanne Woods, Henry F. Bonura Distinguished Professor of Law, Loyola University School of Law, New Orleans, LA

A reception will precede the panel at 4:30pm in the Krongard Room.
