1. Projection of video and computer images on front mounted screen from VCR, DVD Player, Desktop or laptop Computer and Central Control Room.
2. Projection of a document camera (upon request).
3. Video recording with portable camera (upon request).
4. Microphones for audio recording (upon request), and audio cassette recorder.
5. Audio conferencing system (upon request).
6. Wireless keyboard and mouse for remote use of lectern computer.
7. Lighting control available from wall-mounted switches.

To video or audio tape: contact Media Services

1. Open A/V closet in room.
2. Press and hold green power button for 4 seconds.
3. Release button, it will begin to flash. This turns on the Audio and Video source projector.
4. Press and release white # 1 button for PC at lectern.
5. Push chrome switch on wall to the down position to lower screen.
6. Push white switch on wall to the down position to lower shades.
7. Log on to the computer. (Note: you can use wired or wireless keyboard and mouse in the room.)
8. When done log off computer.
9. To turn off projector, press and hold green power button for 4 seconds then release.
10. Push switch on wall to the up position to raise screen and shades.

1. Open A/V closet in room.
2. Press and hold green power button for 4 seconds.
3. Release button, it will begin to flash. This turns on the Audio and Video source projector.
4. Press and release white # 1 button for PC at lectern.
5. Push chrome switch on wall to the down position to lower screen.
6. Push white switch on wall to the down position to lower shades.
7. At lectern connect VGA cable to your laptop. Connect other end of VGA cable to Extron® VGA input #2.
8. Log onto your laptop. (Note: you can use wired or wireless keyboard and mouse in the room.)
9. Where VGA cable is connected to lectern press button so the #2 is lit green. (If light does not change make sure computer's is sending a signal, for Dell's® hold down FN key and press F8, this should give you a picture.)
10. To turn off projector, press and hold green power button for 4 seconds then release.
11. Push switch on wall to the up position to raise screen and shades.

1. Open A/V closet in room.
2. Press and hold green power button for 4 seconds.
3. Release button, it will begin to flash. This turns on the Audio and Video source projector.
4. Press and release white # 2 button for VCR.
5. Put tape in playback VCR in A/V closet.
6. Controls for VCR must be operated at VCR or with remote control.
7. Push chrome switch on wall to the down position to lower screen.
8. Push white switch on wall to the down position to lower shades.
9. You can access cable television channels with remote control or up and down arrows.
10. To adjust volume in A/V closet, on Extron® box, press menu button twice, press adjust button twice, then turn smaller knob next to buttons to desired sound level.
11. To turn off projector, press and hold green power button for 4 seconds then release.
12. Push switch on wall to the up position to raise screen.
13. Rewind then eject video tape when completed.

1. Open A/V closet in room.
2. Press and hold green power button for 4 seconds.
3. Release button, it will begin to flash. This turns on the Audio and Video source projector.
4. Press and release white # 4 button for VCR.
5. Put DVD in DVD player in A/V closet.
6. Controls for DVD player must be operated at DVD player or with remote control.
7. Push chrome switch on wall to the down position to lower screen.
8. Push white switch on wall to the down position to lower shades.
9. To adjust volume in A/V closet, on Extron® box, press menu button twice, press adjust button twice, then turn smaller knob next to buttons to desired sound level.
10. To turn off projector, press and hold green power button for 4 seconds then release.
11. Push switch on wall to the up position to raise screen.
12. Eject DVD player when completed.

1. Contact Media Services so that the appropriate source is sent to the room.
2. Open A/V closet in room.
3. Press and hold green power button for 4 seconds.
4. Release button, it will begin to flash. This turns on the Audio and Video source projector.
5. Press and release white #3 button CCR input.
6. Push chrome switch on wall to the down position to lower screen.
7. Push white switch on wall to the down position to lower shades.
8. To adjust volume in A/V closet, on Extron® box, press menu button twice, press adjust button twice, then turn smaller knob next to buttons to desired sound level.
9. To turn off projector, press and hold green power button for 4 seconds then release.
10. Push switch on wall to the up position to raise screen.

NOTE: Blackout shade controls & projection screen control are available from wall-mounted switches.
